Play ball!

Happy Sunday!! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!!! Also Happy Easter to everyone!  April seems to be going by so fast! I am so happy it's finally spring!! Ready for the snow and cold to be gone for good... well until next winter!!

Springtime means it's officially baseball season!!  I've never really been a sports gal, well I mean I enjoy watching sports but actually playing them is a different story! Haha!

This past week I went to my first baseball home opener!! Let me tell you it was such an awesome thing to experience! It was a sold out crowd! The pride and excitement for the team was amazing! There was such a cool vibe in the stadium! I was there showing my support for the Cleveland Indians! We won the game going into an extra inning! It definitely was a great home opener!!

Cleveland's basketball season is also still going on! We made it into the playoffs! We are the reining champions, and we are looking to bring another championship to Cleveland this year! So along with rooting for the Indians the Cavs will also be happening, so you can say it's a busy time for Cleveland!

I love how sports teams can bring people together! There is such a sense of togetherness and pride when everyone is together rooting for their team! Win or lose it feels like everyone is together through the whole thing! I always feel like the city is brought closer together, which is awesome!

We will have to see what this season brings for the Indians and how the playoffs end up going! I know it's going to be a fun and eventful time in Cleveland!

The great outdoors!

Happy Sunday everybody!!! It's the end of our first week in April! I can't believe it's April already!! Definitely looking forward to the spring weather- enough of the snow!

These spring months can be so pretty! I love being able to soak up nature's beauty by taking a nice walk in the valley! Whenever I take a walk down there I find myself taking a bunch of pictures! I just can't help myself!! It's just sooo beautiful!

Being out in nature can be soooo relaxing! Whenever you are outside you are able to get lost inside your own mind! The air just seems to calm you! It's an amazing thing! Being in the valley can give you a sense of adventure!

Earlier in the week when I went for my walk in the valley I didn't seem to think that the recent rain would have any effect on my walk...well that was wrong!! While walking through a trail we (my sister and I) encountered a huge puddle which I will exaggerate and say it seemed like a small river!! Everything was so wet and muddy! You might think that would have been a red flag and that we would have gone on a paved trail, but ohhhhhh nooooo! Later in the walk we wanted to visit new steps that have been made but where we were we had to go up this hill! It was complete MUD! My shoes slid, I could barely walk, it was quite the sight if anyone was watching!! Ha! I do have to admit I did kind of fall but my phone caught my fall! (Don't worry it was only the corner of it! No damage done!😂) It was definitely an adventure!

We did make it up the hill after some time, lots of slipping and tons of laughs- but we made it! The stairs had such an amazing view of the valley! You felt like you were on top of the world! It was definitely worth it, but next time I would try not to walk up a mud slide and instead try and stay on dry land!!!

*Side note*   I am definitely not a dirt and mud kind of girl! Or bugs....no bugs for me!! I would consider myself a real girly girl! I enjoy being outside but can do without that stuff! Hahaha!

I encourage everyone to go take a walk in the valley as the weather gets nice! It is such a peaceful, and beautiful place to go! Go find yourself an adventure in the great outdoors!

Tale as old as time!

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm using today as a day to rest and relax (my favorite thing to do on sunday!) before the week starts up again! Maybe you are doing the same!

I just recently saw the new Beauty and the Beast and let me tell you it was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Beauty and the Beast has always been one of my favorite Disney movies ever since I was younger! I was sooo excited when I heard they were remaking it!

The acting was amazing! I can't get over how fantastic it was! Emma Watson was perfect for the role of Belle! She is such a wonderful actress, and how she played Belle was outstanding! And her singing was just beautiful!

I love what the film makers did with the movie! They keep things so it stayed true to the story we all know but also put in somethings that made it even better! I don't want to spoiled it for anyone who hasn't watched the new one just yet, but let me tell you it had me emotional!! Definitely a tearjerker! It was filled with love, strength, and humor!

The movie was soooo good I even went and saw it again! The first time I watched it in 3D and the second time in regular D (or whatever you call it! Haha!)!

Definitely recommend it to people of all ages! Bring the whole family to watch this fantastic movie! There will be something in it for everyone! There's action, adventure, and love! You won't be disappointed!!!
